Le Petit Cafe Gypsy Jazz are a European swing band based in Devon who play gypsy jazz, the swing music popularised by Django Reinhardt and played to this day by European gypsies. This wonderful music ranges from traditional tunes of Eastern Europe, through the waltzes of Paris, to slow bluesy numbers, gypsy bossas and breakneck guitar swing.
Le Petit Cafe Gypsy Jazz play various venues and events, including weddings, parties of all kinds, and we specialise in outdoor events. We can provide a duo, trio, quartet or more for a fuller sound, and we’ll work hard to suit the client’s needs.
