Another year begins…
Gypsy Dreams had quite a busy Christmas period, followed by a concert at Fivehead which went well and a Burns Supper in Plymouth. Always good to get a few gigs in January 🙂
We are also hoping to complete our Oktoberfest album this year, as there was a lot going on last year with moving house and travels abroad.
I’ve not played so much clarinet these last few years as been doing lots more double bass and guitar, so maybe I’ll manage some more Klezmer and Bulgarian tunes this year.
I’ve been doing more gigs with the Sunset Cafe Stompers too which has made a nice change. They are a New Orleans trad jazz band based in SW England and I get bass duty 🙂
